One of the worst customer service experiences in my life. Avoid renting equipment from this Sports Authority. Not only was it extremely slow, the man working yelled from the back, and asked my girlfriend how much she weighed in front of a group of people. I had to fill out a ridiculous form,

Great bike shop with great prices. Pat and Clay will give you personal service and quick turn around. Both are great mechanics. The shop as a good selection of bikes and is friendly to local military.

Honest sales people, great mechanics, and a staff that really knows what they are talking about. The staff are all about you as a rider and are excited to help you with your new bike rather than getting your money. I would send friends and family there again and again.

One of the main reasons I like The Cycologist is that they don't waste your time. Shawn takes the time to ask you questions about what YOU want to do with your bike. He knows about all the high end stuff - road and mountain. And his work is tight!
